Terms of Use
Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and BMS AI Labs Ltd, a company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By creating an Atlas account or using the Atlas application you accept them. If you use Atlas on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may bind that company.
The service
Atlas is provided as described on this website. Features may change, be added or removed without notice, and we may suspend or end the service or your access to it. Where Atlas is offered free of charge, any paid plan will be offered under separate terms.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account. One account is for one person. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your computer and your Google account secure. Tell us at support@atlas3d.si if you believe your account has been misused.
Your AI subscriptions
Atlas works with your own subscription to an AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic), which you sign into on your computer. Your use of that provider is governed by its own terms; you are responsible for complying with them and for any costs they charge. We do not resell those services and we are not responsible for their availability or output.
Your content
Your designs, scenes, files and the results Atlas produces for you are yours. We claim no rights in them and, as described in the Privacy Policy, they stay on your computer. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you load into Atlas and for how you use the results.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Atlas on computers you control for as long as we make Atlas available to you. You may not resell Atlas, remove notices from it, or use it to build a competing service by extracting its models, prompts or rules.
Atlas includes components distributed under open-source licences, among them Blender, which is licensed under the GNU General Public License. Those components remain under their own licences, which give you rights that these terms do not restrict. The corresponding source code of the open-source components we distribute is available on request at support@atlas3d.si.
Acceptable use
You may not use Atlas for anything unlawful, interfere with the account service, attempt to gain access to other people's accounts or data, or circumvent limits we set. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Updates and technical data
Atlas checks for updates and installs them. In doing so it sends technical events to us as described in the Privacy Policy. You can stop this by uninstalling Atlas.
No warranty
Atlas is provided "as is" and "as available". Early-access software may contain defects, produce wrong results or stop working. We give no warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. You are responsible for checking every result before you rely on it, manufacture from it or pass it on.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or the cost of substitute services arising from your use of Atlas. Our total liability for all claims connected with Atlas is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Atlas at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end the agreement or suspend your account if you break these terms or if we end the service. Sections about your content, the licence of open-source components, no warranty, limitation of liability and governing law survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre. Disputes that cannot be settled by agreement are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
Changes
When these terms change, we publish the new version on this page with a new date. If you keep using Atlas after a change, the new terms apply.
